Ta Van Chu is a Flower Hmong Commune in Bac Ha District, Lao Cai Province. The commune, which is 20km north-west of Bac Ha Township, is sandwiched between The Mountain of Nan Sin (Si Ma Cai District) and Cao Son (Muong Khuong District).
