The tour has a moderate travel pace. Families with kids above 10 years of age can certainly take part in all activities. The hardest activity is to climb the Na Lay Mountain in the Bac Son Valley which includes steep steps and steep trail (some ten meters). 

Accommodations are at local families on houses on stilts with basic yet clean conditions. Security and safety conditions are good in both places.

Day1    Hanoi – Dong Lam Pasture (Huu Lung) (L/D)

0830 A.M Depart Hanoi for Dong Lam.
1000 A.M Arrive at Dong Lam, explore a village of the Dao.
1200-1300 Lunch at the homestay.
1400-1600 Relaxing time walking and have fun in the pasture.
1630 Get back to the homestay and have easy time exploring the village.
1830 Dinner.
Overnight at Dong Lam.

Day2    Dong Lam - Bac Son Valley (B/L/D)

0800 A.M Breakfast.
0900 Depart Dong Lam for the Bac Son Valley.
1000 Arrive at Bac Son. Time to explore the valley.
1200-1330 Lunch.
1400-1700 Climbing the Na Lay Mountain for breathtaking views of the whole surrounding.
1730 Get back to the homestay.
1900 Dinner.

Day3    Bac Son Valley - Hanoi (B/L)

0700-0800 Breakfast.
