The Central Highlands in Vietnam are characterized by rolling hills, serene lakes, sublime waterfalls. The region is home to a number of ethnic minorities and still off the tourist track by far. The coastal region in southern Vietnam is known for a myriad number of beaches most of which are still untouched by mass tourism. On the trip, we ride most of the time on scenic quiet roads; the only busy road is the last leg of the journey from Vung Tau to Saigon.Nha Rong in Kon Tum

On the first day, we leave Da Nang and ride uphill to Plei Can, north of the Central Highlands. The township is on the route to the shared border of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos.

On the second day, we ride amid mountains and rolling hills to Kon Tum. Today, we visit a number of sites which mark fierce battles in the war. We'll also visit the Wooden Church, the orphanage village and the ethnic communities in Kon Tum.

On the third day, we travel southward to Pleiku, the provincial capital of Gia Lai Province. We'll visit Bien Ho Lake on the way and some ethnic communities around Pleiku.

On the fourth day, travel our way amid rubber and coffee plantations to Buon Ma Thuot, known for the best quality of coffee in Vietnam. Arriving at Buon Ma Thuot, we visit Ako Dong Village, the ethnic museum and have a coffee tour.Dray Nur Waterfall

On the fifth day, we spend the morning visiting the sublime waterfalls of Dray Sap and Dray Nur. Then we travel back to Buon Ma Thuot before continuing southward to the Lak Lake. Have the afternoon exploring the Mnong and Ede Villages around the Lak Lake. There is an elephant ride available if you want to (with additional cost).

On the sixth and seventh day, we travel to the Honeymoon City of Dalat, secretly perched in the Lang Biang Plateau. Da Lat is located at over 1,400m above sea level and is endowed with a temperate climate. Around the city there are heavenly mountains, valleys, waterfalls... which make Da Lat a popular destination for Vietnamese artists and honeymooners. We have 2 nights staying in Dalat to take in the beautiful scenery and atmosphere.

On the eighth day, we travel through patches of pine forests to the coastal region. Every nowXuan Huong Lake, Dalat and again, we could find panoramic views of the stunning nature on our way as we go downhill. We pass through the semi-desert areas and the stunning sand dunes near Mui Ne, and continue along the coast to the deserted beaches at Lagi, far from the crowds.

On the ninth day, we follow one of the most scenic coastal roads in Vietnam to Vung Tau, a popular beach destination for wealthy families from Saigon at weekend.

On the tenth day, we ride on the highway to Saigon, officially known as Ho Chi Minh City where we conclude our adventure by motorbike.
