The Pu Luong Nature Reserve is located to the west of Thanh Hoa Province. Pu Luong includes forested limestone mountains which are connected to the mountains and forest of the Ngoc Son - Ngo Luong Nature Reserve and the Cuc Phuong National Park. Pu Luong is inhabited mainly by the Black Thai People and some Muong communities.

The Lang Biang Mountain, which is 2,167m above sea level, the highest mountain in Lac Duong District of Lam Dong Province, in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. The mountain is only 12km north of Da Lat. The trekking and hiking tour to the summit of the mountain takes approximately 6-8 hours. The hiking terrain is uneven, flat and vertically steep. Make sure you have enough water and food before embarking on this adventure!

Can Gio Global Biosphere Reserve, which covers an area of 75,000 hectares and includes part of the Dong Nai, Vam Co Dong and Vam Co Tay Rivers as well as the sea, is only 60km south of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Da Lat, the City of Love or Honeymoon City as known among Vietnamese, is the best places in Vietnam for birdwatching of endemic species. The city of Da Lat, which is on 1,500m above sea elevation with several lakes, rivers, forested mountains and temperate climate, is certain not to fail your birding experience. Beside the rich endemic species, you can also encounter several resident and migratory colorful bird species should it be the season. The best time for bird-watching in Da Lat is from late November through April.

The Bidoup Nui Ba National Park is in Lam Dong Province, in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. The national park includes a system of pine forest, mountains, lakes and streams... on high elevations of over 800m above sea level, and in a region with temperate climate on high altitudes. This is home to quite some endemic bird species.

Di Linh is a district of Lam Dong Province in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Di Linh is slightly off-the-way and hence little visited by most birders to Vietnam. But this area offers an amazing wide range of surprises to the birding enthusiasts who venture off the well trodden paths and allow for some time to be charmed by the amazing variety of endemic, migratory bird species.

The Cat Tien National Park or Nam Cat Tien National Park is the most popular birding site in Vietnam. The national park is in between the Central Highlands and the Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam, and it is home to a wide range of bird species which are representative of different climatic regions.

Ninh Binh possesses primeval forest, flooded fields, limestone mountains, mesmerizing rice fields...which are habitats for an amazing range of bird species.

The last leg of a hiking tour to the summit of Mount Pu Luong involves a very steep mountain slope that locals have made steps to facilitate the adventure. Still, it is extremely slippery at some places.

Trekking Tour to the summit of Mount Pu Luong is a very hard hiking adventure experience and is among the most tricky adventure tours in Vietnam.
