Hau Giang Province is the smallest province in the Mekong Delta and it doesn't have many high-profile attractions to tourists. It is a tough question as to when is the best time to visit Vietnam. The mains electricity voltage in Vietnam is 220V, 50 cycles. Mains electricity of 110V is not commonly found in the country. Electrical sockets are normally for plugs with two round/flat pins. However, some hotels may have socket outlets which accommodate plugs with three round/rectangular pins.

Da Lat is perched on the Lang Biang Plateau in the south of the Central Highlands of Vietnam. August is between summer and autumn in the North, and dry and hot summer in the Central Region of Vietnam, and rainy season in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. The temperatures are getting to be much nicer in the North for all month and nicer in the Central Coast from the second half of the month. And the temperatures are mostly pleasant in all the other regions of the country.

September is autumn in the North, the end of the hot and dry summer in the Central Coast of Vietnam and beginning of the rainy season here, and the high rainy season in the Central Highlands and South of Vietnam. The temperatures are getting to be much nicer in the North and the Central Coast; while they are is mostly pleasant in all the other regions in Vietnam.
