Cycling Holiday in the Central Highlands is one of AdventureGreen's Vietnam adventure tours by bike for 8 days 7 nights.

The highlights of the trip are scenic coffee plantations, rubber plantations, ethnic villages, rolling hills, sublime waterfalls along our cycling routes. Most of our biking is done on quiet paved roads or traffic-free roads.

Though the Central Highlands of Vietnam offer great natural landscapes, but they remain relatively off Nha Rong, a traditional house of Bahnar ethnic groupthe tourist track. The region we travel through has a temperate climate with pleasant temperatures all year round. The region is also home to a number of ethnic minorities whose life has remained unchanged for centuries. We can visit many of them on our adventure.

The trip can be done all year round, but the best time is from January through April. Most of the cycling has a leisurely pace, and our support vehicle travels along with us all the way, so that you can get on anytime you feel you had better not cycle. Budget hotels run by family are selected for the trip. Luxury accommodations are arranged upon request only.

On the first day you arrive at Pleiku Airport our guide and vehicle are ready to welcome and transfer you to your hotel. You get your bike and pedal around to get used to the local traffic and terrain. Then you have free time for the remainder of the day.

On the second day we travel north-ward cycling toward Kon Tum. We visit Tnung Lake (Bien Ho),dray-nur-waterfall Pleiphun Village (Jarai ethnic people), Konklor Suspension Bridge and Konklor Village, Vinh Son Orphanage Village, Kon Tum Wooden Church,... Then we turn in the bike and travel back to Pleiku by car.

On the third day, we follow the road with rolling hills, coffee and rubber plantations towards Buon Ma Thuot, “The Coffee Capital of Vietnam”. On arrival, we cycle around the city and enjoy a coffee experience at a local cafe. At the cafe, we can learn about the coffee making process and the various types of coffee.

On the fourth day, we explore the scenic nature outside of Buon Ma Thuot. Our destinations are the breathtaking waterfalls of Dray Sap and Dray Nur. Then we travel back to town in car. The afternoon is for cycling through ethnic villages.

On the fifth day, we cycle through a country road for Lak Lake. At the lake, we have a trip in a dug-out canoe and have an elephant ride around the ethnic communities.

On the sixth day we again are on a quiet paved road towards Da Lat. The stunning Elephant Waterfall is on our visit before we cycle into the City of Love.Lang Biang Mountain

On the seventh day we explore Da Lat by bicycle. The city is over 1,400m above sea level and it's always cool and fresh in the city. The roads in and around Da Lat are captivating with mountains, pine forests, waterfalls and lakes. Cycling in Da Lat is just a great experience through fresh nature. Our morning is for Lang Biang Mountain where we get a panoramic picture of the city and the surrounding mountains. In the afternoon, we follow a scenic road to Tuyen Lam Lake, then cycle back to the hotel.

On the eighth day, we transfer you back to Da Lat Lien Khuong Airport for your departure. We trust you had a great cycling adventure through the Central Highlands of Vietnam with AdventureGreen.
