Ben Tre

Ben Tre Province is in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. The province is famous for the coconut forests which account for over 80% of that in Vietnam. The upper branch of the Mekong River (The Tien River) with many small tributaries dissect Ben Tre into islands and in the past people had to cross ferries to get to Ben Tre. Nowadays the bridges are convenient for locals and tourists to explore this amazing land.

Ben Tre is normally visited on a day trip from Saigon which combines My Tho in Tien Giang Province and Ben Tre. On this tour, you'll explore the life of local people living on islands on the Mekong River. As transport is convenient nowadays, you can visit Ben Tre on 2-day or 3-day trips visiting coconut gardens, biking through coconut forests, enjoying boat trips on the Ham Luong River which travels through coconut forests…

AdventureGreen has bike tours and motorbike tours for you to discover Ben Tre and the Mekong Delta.
