White-hooded babbler (Khướu đuôi dài, Gampsorhynchus rufulus)

The white-hooded babbler (Gampsorhynchus rufulus) is a species of bird in the family Pellorneidae.

The bird is found from the eastern Himalayas to central Myanmar and southwestern China.

Pellorneum, Pellorneidae: combines the Ancient Greek pellos meaning "dark-coloured" with orneon meaning "bird".
Gampsorhynchus Greek: gampsos γαμψός curved, bent, crooked; rhunkhos bill.
Latin rufulus reddish (rufus rufous).
