Clamorous Reed Warbler
(Chích đầu nhọn, Acrocephalus stentoreus)
The clamorous reed warbler (Acrocephalus stentoreus) is an Old World warbler in the genus Acrocephalus.
The bird breeds from Egypt eastwards through Pakistan, Afghanistan and northernmost India to south China and southeast Asia.
The family is from the name of the genus Acrocephalus from Ancient Greek akros, "highest", and kephale, "head".
It is possible that the Naumanns thought akros meant "sharp-pointed".
stentorea, stentoreus Latin stentoreus loud-voiced.
