Red-throated Pipit 
(Chim manh họng đỏ, Anthus cervinus)

The red-throated pipit (Anthus cervinus) is a small passerine bird of the family Motacillidae.
The bird breeds in the far north of Europe and the Palearctic. 
It is a long-distance migrant, wintering to Africa and South-East Asia and the west coast of the United States, is vagrant to Western Europe.

The Wagtails, the pipits and longclaws form the family Motacillidae (Họ Chìa vôi).
Passeriformes, Passerina, passerina: Latin passerinus sparrow-like, (i.e. sparrow-sized) (passer sparrow).
Motacillidae, Motacilla: From Latin motacilla (“wagtail”).
The genus name Anthus is the Latin name for a small bird of grasslands.
The specific name cervinus means "stag-coloured", from Latin cervus, "stag".
