The Asian house martin (Delichon dasypus) is a migratory passerine bird of the swallow family Hirundinidae. 

Hirundinidae: Latin hirundo swallow.
The name of the genus, "Delichon", is an anagram of the Ancient Greek term chelidon meaning swallow.
dasypus: Greek dasupous rough-legged, hairy-footed (dasus hairy; pous foot).
