Detailed itinerary
Day1 ( Friday, March 15, 2019 ) Buon Ma Thuot – Dray Sap & Dray Nur Waterfalls – Buon Don Village – Buon Ma Thuot (B/L)
0800 A.M AdventureGreen team (driver + guide) call at your hotel for an exploration of Buon Ma Thuot, also known as the Coffee Capital of Vietnam. We’ll travel 30km southwest of the city to visit the most sublime waterfalls in the region: Dray Sap and Dray Nur. Have free time to dip yourself in the cool water or get relaxed with an easy walk by the river in a thin wood.
Then continue 50km northwards to visit Buon Don which is an island amid the Serepok River and which has been famed for specializing in taming wild elephants.
Lunch at Buon Don.
In the afternoon, learn about the Mnong culture and their tradition of elephant domestication. In mid afternoon, return to Buon Ma Thuot ad visit the Sac Tu Khai Doan Buddhist Pagoda. We’ll take you back to your hotel later in the afternoon.

Day2 ( Saturday, March 16, 2019 ) Morning coffee tour: the coffee village and Coffee Museum/Afternoon trip to the Lak Lake/Back to Buon Ma Thuot in late afternoon (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Have a coffee tour: visit a coffee village and Coffee Museum. We’ll learn about the coffee business, different types of coffee, and the processes of growing and making coffee.
Later in the morning, we travel southwards to the Lak Lake where we’ll have a piroque trip on the lake and visit the villages of the M’nong People. Return to Buon Ma Thuot later in the afternoon.

Notes: While it is possible to have elephant rides at some of the sites on our trip, AdventureGreen strongly suggests our travelers to skip elephant riding trips. It is just that for the last 20 years there have been no single successful elephant births as the baby elephants have always been dead before they are born. This is somehow attributed to several reasons one of which is over-exploit of the mother elephants for logging and carrying tourists.
